Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in compliance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback constructively, adapt behaviors to organizational needs, and maintain composure in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer operations including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS platforms
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capacity to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- Strong English language proficiency
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive positioning. Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and digital clienteling platforms is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail sales experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
