Coach Sales Associate, Miramas, France – Full-time luxury retail role in Provence Outlet blending personalized styling with omni-channel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor offerings
  • Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Ability to use walkie-talkies and read price/release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred)
  • Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred)

Compensation
