Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion consultation
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Leverage mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, cultivate relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high-energy floor presence, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Maintain clean, organized, and adequately stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Participate in inventory cycles: receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Support teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Demonstrate flexibility and maintain professional composure when receiving feedback

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Luxury retail background, social media expertise, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred)

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
