Coach Sales Associate position at Montreal Premium Outlets in Mirabel, Quebec. Part-time retail role with CAD $17.60–$22.00/hour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and brand positioning
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion trend guidance
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and customized recommendations aligned with client needs
  • Leverage mobile POS systems, clienteling platforms, and social selling tools (including short-form video content) to capture client data and encourage repeat engagement
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationship databases, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high-energy floor presence, manage multiple concurrent customers, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business priorities
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising maintenance
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order fulfillment
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, and managing product flow
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in response to feedback and changing operational demands

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to interpret price/release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, clienteling, and data acquisition methods (preferred)
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and retail holidays
  • Capacity to lift minimum 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Experience
