Coach Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Montreal Premium Outlets, Mirabel. Luxury retail sales role with CAD $17.60–$22.00/hr. Benefits include health coverage, paid leave, and tuition assistance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining luxury retail service excellence
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion trend knowledge, and tailored recommendations
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and data-informed recommendations to meet personal and team KPIs
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling platforms (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection procedures
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, managing product movement, and maintaining organized stockroom
  • Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked sales floor while adhering to retail policies and POS procedures
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adapting selling techniques to business needs and maintaining high energy
  • Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors quickly, and maintain professional composure in all situations

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Strong proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS, iPad, laptop, and basic computer applications
  • Experience with price sheets, walkie-talkie communication, and retail floor operations
  • Excellent English language proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and contemporary retail best practices

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
