Coach seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate in Minnetonka, MN (Ridgedale) to deliver luxury service, clienteling and omnichannel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and proactive prospecting; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Engage omnichannel customers using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live-stream shopping) to capture data and convert sales.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) while following POS and asset‑protection procedures.
  • Support daily store operations: receive shipments, replenish stock, manage inventory cycles, complete cash‑wrap duties and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and merchandised; follow retail policies and safety procedures.
  • Adapt selling style to customer needs, manage multiple customers on the floor and support teammates in functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
  • Perform occasional physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, bending and maneuvering within the stockroom and sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable product knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape; ability to provide styling and fashion advice.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computing on iPad/laptop; comfortable using mobile POS and walkie‑talkie communication.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Capacity to perform regular physical tasks (lifting at least 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
