Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, adhering to Coach’s Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and facilitate omnichannel transactions.
- Source new customers, maintain prospect pipelines and follow up to close sales and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome and act on feedback to improve performance.
- Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury-retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and mobile POS platforms; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie; able to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Social-media savvy with experience in social selling, short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; experience in luxury retail or branded fashion environments is preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and familiarity with omnichannel retail operations is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA, with easy access to Minneapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
