Coach Sales Associate job in Millbury, Massachusetts. Deliver luxury retail experiences and drive omni-channel sales at this fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up activities to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stocking; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Receive feedback gracefully, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Familiarity with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience with omni-channel retail environments and familiarity with digital selling tools preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Millbury, Massachusetts, USA, with easy access to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
