Coach in Millbury, MA seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver elevated luxury service, drive omni-channel sales and support daily store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert interest into sales.
  • Provide efficient transactional service including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pick-ups.
  • Complete daily operational tasks: cash wrap, receiving shipments, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain an organised, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS procedures, retail policies and asset protection guidelines.
  • Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates in functional areas as required to meet business needs.
  • Sustain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to fluctuating traffic.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS is required.
  • Experience using clienteling tools and social selling techniques, including short-form video or live-stream shopping (preferred).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or brand boutique experience is preferred.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
