Coach in Millbury, MA seeks a Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, drive omni-channel sales, and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Activate omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and prospect new customers to expand the client base.
- Maintain high-energy floor presence, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking, and managing product movement between stockroom and sales floor.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and help keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organised and fully stocked; follow asset protection and POS procedures.
- Assist teammates across functional areas, participate in training and brand initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Accept and act on feedback, maintain a professional demeanour, and meet the physical demands of the role (regularly lift at least 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Demonstrable POS operation experience and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Familiarity with clienteling practices and ability to read price/release sheets.
- Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency required for this U.S.-based role.

Experience
Minimum of one year in a sales role; prior luxury retail or premium brand experience preferred. Demonstrated experience with omni-channel selling, clienteling and meeting sales KPIs is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail sales experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
