Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining alignment with brand values
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice tailored to individual customer needs
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations across the collection
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales and drive repeat business
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels; ensure compliance with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles through receipt of shipments, shelf stocking, and product movement management
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment; encourage team performance and assist teammates across functional areas
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors and approaches, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in dynamic retail conditions

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer competency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
