Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Coach brand ambassador, adhering to the Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion guidance
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social-selling platforms—including short-form video content—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, cultivate relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service excellence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset-protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently across all channels: purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product flow
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage strong performance among peers
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Respond constructively to feedback and maintain professional composure in high-pressure situations

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Familiarity with fashion trends and competitor offerings
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs); comfortable climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom spaces
  • Social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video content creation, clienteling and data-acquisition skills (preferred)
  • Knowledge of luxury retail practices and customer relationship management (preferred)

Experience
