Coach Sales Associate in Miami, FL - Part-time luxury retail sales role with base pay $15.00–$19.50/hr and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to brand service standards and Coach Guide to Style guidelines
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on client preferences
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales and drive repeat business
- Maintain high energy and presence on sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked while maintaining retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required to maintain store performance
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain composure in high-pressure retail environments
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience in retail, preferably in luxury retail environments
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, and customer service excellence in fast-paced environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
