Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service and an elevated, personalized retail experience.
  • Build and deepen client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Execute omni‑channel selling using Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social/short-form video to capture data and convert sales (including online pickups).
  • Manage daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing, returns/exchanges, inventory receipt and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, follow asset protection procedures and ensure product movement is accurately tracked.
  • Source and prospect new customers, qualify leads and close sales; participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
  • Adapt selling techniques to customer flow and business needs, multitask on the floor, and assist teammates across functional areas.
  • Accept feedback, demonstrate professional composure, and support a collaborative, trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and Mobile POS on iPad or laptop; familiarity with walkie-talkie communications and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and kneel as required on the sales floor.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail and demonstrated track record meeting sales targets is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
