Coach in Miami, FL seeks a part-time Sales Associate at Dadeland to deliver luxury retail service and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalized styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and facilitate omnichannel purchases.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions, manage inventory cycles, replenish stock, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Support asset protection, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours to uphold service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proficient with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in retail and stockroom environments.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, and demonstrated clienteling/data acquisition skills.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and using clienteling or digital selling tools is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
