Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand by delivering elevated, personalized client service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Execute omni-channel retail selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and close sales.
  • Drive individual and team KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pick-up/returns/exchanges).
  • Maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functions, contribute to a trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie for store communications.
  • Demonstrated clienteling and data-acquisition capabilities; social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment; prior luxury retail or fashion experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and using clienteling/omni-channel tools is an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
