Coach is hiring a Sales Associate (part-time) in Merrimack, New Hampshire. Join Tapestry's Coach team delivering luxury retail service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture client data and close omni‑channel sales.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and returns/online pickups.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social‑media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high‑traffic retail days and public holidays.
- Ability to lift ≥25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required, with luxury retail and omni‑channel selling experience preferred; experience in clienteling, social commerce and live video demonstrations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
