Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Create personalized styling experiences and cultivate long-term client relationships through expert product knowledge and fashion advice.
  • Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement and maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom.
  • Adapt selling techniques to manage multiple customers simultaneously and sustain high energy on the sales floor.
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
  • Comply with POS, asset protection and retail policies; accept and act on feedback while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems (Mobile POS) and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop).
  • Comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

Minimum of one year in sales or retail; prior luxury retail or branded boutique experience preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and using clienteling and digital selling tools.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
