Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer experiences consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and sustain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales KPIs by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and curated recommendations.
  • Leverage omni‑channel tools—mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling—to capture client data and convert digital engagement into store transactions.
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom remain organized, clean and fully stocked.
  • Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas to sustain seamless store operations.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities while demonstrating adaptability to feedback and changing business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred — a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
  • Practical experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Preferred: social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping, short‑form video or video demos; demonstrated clienteling and data‑acquisition skills.

Experience

At least one year of customer-facing sales experience; prior exposure to luxury or fashion retail and omni-channel selling is highly desirable. Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage multiple customers concurrently and use clienteling/data capture to grow customer lifetime value.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or vocational training in retail, fashion or related fields preferred.
