Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and facilitate omni‑channel transactions.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, processing inventory, replenishment, basic visual merchandising and maintaining store standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles—receiving shipments and managing product movement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships, meet sales goals and adapt selling techniques to varied customer needs.
  • Familiarity with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Social media savvy with experience or interest in live‑stream shopping, video demos and social selling (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience

Compensation
