Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences according to Coach service and styling standards.
  • Prospect, develop and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, follow-up and clienteling to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video), capturing client data and encouraging omni-channel purchases.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory receipt and replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs and traffic patterns.
  • Uphold retail policies and asset-protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized and fully stocked.
  • Support teammates in functional areas as needed and participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic proficiency with iPad/laptop devices.
  • Strong English proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail; experience with omni-channel selling, clienteling and social/live-stream selling is strongly preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
