Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering elevated, personalized service in line with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets via cross-selling, upselling, and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Execute omnichannel selling: process in-store transactions, manage online pickups, and leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (short-form video) to capture client data.
  • Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap management, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain merchandise presentation and stockroom organization while following POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas as required to meet store needs.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in brand initiatives and training, and adapt behaviour based on feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop); ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Familiarity with clienteling and social selling techniques, including short-form video or live-stream shopping (preferred).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

Minimum of 1+ year in sales, preferably within luxury or fashion retail; experience with omni-channel selling and social/live-stream commerce is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
