Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to brand service standards and the Coach Guide to Style
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain client relationships, and proactively follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies, POS, and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates in various functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage colleague performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Experience with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price sheets and release sheets
  • Ability to work flexibly including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Luxury retail background (preferred)
  • Social media proficiency and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and customer data acquisition experience (preferred)

Compensation
