Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage omni‑channel tools—mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling/short‑form video—to capture customer data and convert interactions into sales.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, processing inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pickups/returns/exchanges).
- Maintain a clean, organised and stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement.
- Adapt selling techniques on a busy retail floor, assist teammates across functional areas, and contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and operate in a results-driven retail environment.
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency; comfortable using iPad/laptop and mobile POS systems.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Mashantucket, Connecticut, USA, with easy access to Providence.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
