Coach is hiring a Part‑time Sales Associate in Mashantucket, CT (Foxwoods) to deliver elevated luxury service and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through one‑to‑one styling, product expertise and fashion advice.
- Drive sales and client retention via cross‑selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pickups, returns, exchanges).
- Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and corporate retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking product and managing product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas; foster a trust‑based, high‑energy retail environment and participate in training and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); comfortable with basic retail technology and walkie‑talkie communication.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre across the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency; combination of education and experience will be considered.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of direct sales experience; prior luxury or premium‑brand retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales KPIs, building client relationships and using omni‑channel selling techniques.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Mashantucket, Connecticut, USA, with easy access to Providence.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
