Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer experiences aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships via personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and store KPIs and personal sales plans.
- Operate mobile POS and in-store technology to process transactions, capture client data and fulfil omni-channel orders (including online pickup/returns).
- Leverage clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video or live demos to acquire customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain an organized, compliant sales floor and stockroom; follow asset-protection, POS and retail policy procedures.
- Support team performance through collaboration, mentorship and participation in brand trainings and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience using POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a busy sales floor/stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, and demonstrated clienteling/data-acquisition skills.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or fashion retail; demonstrated competence with POS operations, clienteling and omni-channel selling. Experience with social selling or live-stream/video demonstrations is a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
