Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and closing transactions.
  • Leverage omni‑channel tools—mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social/short‑form video—to capture client data and stimulate sales.
  • Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfillment (pickups/returns/exchanges).
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organisation, adhere to POS and asset protection procedures, and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
  • Support teammates across functional areas, contribute to a collaborative team environment, and participate in brand trainings and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie‑talkie protocols and reading price/release sheets.
  • Comfortable with social selling and live demo formats; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
  • Strong English verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and omni‑channel selling is preferred.

Education
