Coach Sales Associate in Manchester, UK | Part-time retail role combining luxury service and omni-channel selling with £28,080–£30,000 salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection standards
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS), walkie-talkie use
- Ability to read price sheets and release information
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and peak trading periods
- Preferred: luxury retail background, social media expertise, experience with live-stream shopping or video content creation, clienteling and data acquisition skills

Experience
1+ years of sales experience in a retail environment, with luxury retail background preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, build client relationships, and manage daily retail operations.
Education
