Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and an elevated, personalised shopping experience.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up.
- Drive individual and store sales by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups).
- Support daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and stockroom management.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and assist with product movement during inventory cycles.
- Source new customers and execute outreach strategies to encourage repeat purchases.
- Manage multiple customers on the floor with high energy and professional service, adapting selling techniques to business needs.
- Follow retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection requirements to safeguard store assets.
- Assist teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile Point-of-Sale (Mobile POS); comfortable with iPad/laptop devices.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using walkie-talkie communications; ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Social media savvy with preferred experience in live-stream shopping, video demos, clienteling and data acquisition.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury retail or omni-channel environments and who have practical experience with POS systems, clienteling and social selling.
Education
No specific formal education required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
