Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Create personalised shopping experiences through styling advice, product expertise and long-term client relationship building.
- Drive individual and store revenue via cross-selling, upselling and targeted recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and promote repeat purchases.
- Manage the sales floor during busy periods: multitask across customers and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
- Complete daily operational duties including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organised, and adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support team performance through collaboration, training participation and by fostering an inclusive, trust-based environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work to KPIs in a high-volume retail environment.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/device use (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); experience with clienteling and data acquisition.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience and familiarity with omni-channel selling and clienteling preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
