Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Style Guide and service standards
- Establish lasting customer relationships through personalised styling, product expertise, and fashion consultation
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalised recommendations
- Utilize mobile point-of-sale systems, customer capture tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video content to gather data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Acquire new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt sales techniques to business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash reconciliation, inventory processing, restocking, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organised, and well-stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, shelving stock, and managing product flow
- Assist team members in functional areas as needed
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes, and inclusion activities
- Accept feedback, adapt behaviours, and maintain composure and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Experience operating point-of-sale systems, basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop, mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, and ability to read pricing sheets and product launches
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: luxury retail experience, social media knowledge, video demonstration or live shopping experience, clienteling skills, and data capture abilities
