Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Develop lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video), capturing client data to strengthen CRM.
  • Support day-to-day store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), receive and replenish inventory, and assist with visual merchandising.
  • Maintain an organised, merchandise-ready sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Adapt to fluctuating customer volumes and business priorities; assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of direct sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a KPI-driven retail environment.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and clienteling tools.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to perform physical retail tasks (regularly lift 25 lb; occasionally up to 50 lb; climb, bend, kneel).
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience and demonstrable omni-channel selling or social commerce exposure are strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
