Coach seeks a Sales Associate for its Macau Galaxy store. Luxury retail brand ambassador role combining client relationship management, sales achievement, and store operations in Macau, China.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and brand positioning
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling advice, product expertise, and fashion recommendations
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations to individual clients
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Source new customers, cultivate relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash handling, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock levels on the sales floor and in stockroom areas; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently across all channels: purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement throughout the store
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas to optimize store performance and guest experience
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance and professional growth
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Receive feedback constructively, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain professional composure under pressure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred
  • Proven knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Experience with clienteling platforms and data acquisition best practices
  • Social media proficiency and familiarity with short-form video content and live-stream shopping platforms (preferred)
  • Experience conducting video product demonstrations (preferred)
