Coach Sales Associate, Macau, Studio City – Part-time seasonal retail role focused on luxury customer service and omni-channel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked in accordance with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection guidelines
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Maintain composure, welcome feedback, and demonstrate a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail setting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Ability to use walkie-talkies and read price/release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience
