Coach in Macau seeks a Sales Associate (part‑time) to deliver luxury service, drive omni‑channel sales and nurture client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data, close sales and support omni‑channel fulfilment (returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to shopping behaviours and traffic patterns.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation while adhering to POS and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receiving shipments, stocking, tagging and managing product movement.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with Mobile POS workflows.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Strong English proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail experience or demonstrable clienteling success is preferred. Experience using mobile POS systems and social/live‑stream selling tools is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or visual merchandising is advantageous.
