Coach seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate in Lutz, Florida to deliver luxury retail experiences and drive sales in a dynamic, brand-focused environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement
  • Assist teammates in functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain professional composure in high-paced retail settings

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS), and walkie-talkie operation
  • Ability to read price sheets and product release information
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Preferred: Luxury retail background, social media proficiency, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling expertise, and data acquisition skills

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
