Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Experience with POS systems and basic computer proficiency including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS platforms
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, and peak seasons
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience, with preference for luxury retail background. Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and social media engagement is preferred. Familiarity with clienteling and data acquisition practices is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and professional sales experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
