Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations to meet personal and store KPIs.
- Sell across channels by using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms, including short-form video and live-stream demonstrations.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and contribute to team objectives and store initiatives.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups).
- Support daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment, stockroom management and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers and adapt sales techniques to business needs.
- Follow retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection guidelines to safeguard inventory.
- Participate in brand training, inclusion activities and store initiatives; provide and welcome constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS on iPad or laptop; comfortable with walkie-talkie communication.
- Demonstrated clienteling and data-acquisition capability; social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live shopping preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, climb and maneuver in a retail environment.

At least one year of retail sales experience; experience in luxury retail, omni-channel selling, clienteling and social or live-stream selling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or customer service is a plus.
