Coach Sales Associate in Lubbock, TX. Deliver luxury retail experiences, drive sales, and lead store operations in this dynamic part-time role. $15–$19.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining brand integrity
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice tailored to individual needs
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations to meet personal and team KPIs
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales and maximize customer lifetime value
  • Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement throughout the store
  • Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities to support organizational goals
  • Welcome feedback constructively, adapt behaviors as needed, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced environments

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or related fashion environment
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS operation
  • Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Luxury retail background (preferred)
  • Social media proficiency and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Experience with clienteling platforms and customer data acquisition (preferred)

Experience

Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or a comparable fashion retail environment, demonstrating proficiency with POS systems, customer service excellence, and the ability to drive sales targets. Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant retail experience and education will be considered.
