Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to encourage repeat business.
- Drive sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms, including creation and participation in short‑form video and live‑stream shopping activities.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions, manage online order pickups/returns/exchanges, maintain cash wrap and adhere to asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, complete inventory processing, replenish stock and maintain an organized stockroom.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, well‑stocked sales floor; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives and training programs; welcome feedback and adapt behaviours to sustain a professional, collaborative environment.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS).
- Demonstrable clienteling ability and experience with social media selling, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred).
- Ability to lift at least 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to perform in a fast‑paced retail environment and to work a flexible schedule including peak retail periods.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience is preferred. Combination of relevant education and practical retail experience considered.
