Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising whilst maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organised, and stocked; follow retail policies, point-of-sale procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes, and inclusion activities
Qualifications
- One or more years of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor offerings
- Ability to work at a fast pace and lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and manoeuvre sales floor and stockroom
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Skills
Experience
One or more years of professional sales experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and hands-on sales experience will be considered. Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and data-driven clienteling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A combination of professional sales experience may be substituted for formal education.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
