Coach in Lone Tree, CO (Park Meadows) seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury service, drive omni-channel sales, and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-streams) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and a well-organised sales floor and stockroom; follow asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours while maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Perform physical tasks as required (regularly lift ~25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel, and manoeuvre throughout the store).
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience operating POS systems and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Basic computer proficiency (iPad and laptop usage) and walkie‑talkie operation.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data-capture skills; social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capacity to perform physical demands of the role (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Minimum one year of retail or sales experience; prior exposure to luxury fashion retail and omnichannel selling is preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
