Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business requirements
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels; adhere to retail policies, point-of-sale procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles through receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Provide cross-functional support to teammates in various operational areas
- Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment; encourage team performance and cohesion
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and equity, inclusion and diversity activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain composure and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor offerings
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills including iPad and laptop operation, mobile POS technology, and walkie-talkie communication
- Ability to read price sheets and release information
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling requirements
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of fashion trends, competitor positioning, and omni-channel retail environments is advantageous. Prior experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, clienteling platforms, and data acquisition techniques is preferred but not required.
