Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
- Build and cultivate lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Operate omnichannel sales tools to convert demand: mobile POS, in-store pick-up and online order processing, ensuring efficient transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Leverage clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video/live demonstrations to capture customer data and expand the client base.
- Support daily store operations including cash wrap duties, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining a pristine sales floor and stockroom.
- Adopt flexible selling techniques to manage multiple customers during peak periods and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; support teammates across functional areas to foster a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Practical experience with POS operation and mobile sales devices (e.g., mobile POS, iPad).
- Basic computer proficiency (laptop/iPad) and comfort using clienteling platforms and social selling channels.
- Strong verbal English proficiency to interact with international clientele.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Familiarity with live-stream shopping, short-form video demos or social commerce activities (preferred).
- Ability to read price/release sheets and operate store communication devices (walkie‑talkie).
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.

At least one year of retail sales experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in luxury fashion or specialty retail and who demonstrate proficiency in clienteling, omnichannel selling and social commerce.
