Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in London (Coach Regent Street). Deliver luxury retail service and drive sales for Coach in a full‑time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Create personalised client experiences through styling, product expertise and thoughtful recommendations to build long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Utilise mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture customer data, support omni-channel sales (including online pickup), and encourage repeat purchases.
- Leverage social selling and short-form video or live-stream demonstrations to engage clients and drive traffic.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges), maintain cash wrap procedures, and follow asset-protection policies.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, replenishing stock, processing inventory and maintaining a tidy sales floor and stockroom.
- Assist colleagues across functional areas as required and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS).
- Comfortable using clienteling tools, walkie‑talkie communication and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Preferred: social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping, short‑form video demos and client data acquisition.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of customer-facing sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience is preferred and will be considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
