Coach Temporary Sales Associate in Livermore, California. Part-time retail role offering $15.00–$24.25/hr, medical benefits, and 401(K).
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels while following retail and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Ability to use walkie-talkie devices and read price/release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Luxury retail background (preferred)
- Social media proficiency and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)

1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail; familiarity with fashion trends and competitive landscape; demonstrated ability to source and maintain customer relationships and close sales.
