Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert online and in‑store traffic.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: process transactions, manage inventory receipts and replenishment, support visual merchandising and maintain stockroom organisation.
  • Support inventory cycles, asset protection procedures and store cleanliness; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives; adopt feedback and maintain a professional, composed demeanour on the sales floor.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs and manage multiple customers while maintaining high energy and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad/laptop; comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Social‑selling aptitude and familiarity with live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail and direct clienteling is preferred.

Compensation
