Coach seeks a Temporary Part-Time Sales Associate in Lisbon, Portugal. Luxury retail role offering competitive salary, flexible scheduling, and career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up systematically to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling
- Walkie-talkie proficiency and ability to read price sheets and release materials
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of fashion trends and understanding of competitive market dynamics are essential.
Education
