Coach in Lincoln City, OR is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver elevated, omnichannel luxury retail service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for Coach, delivering personalized, elevated service in line with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and close omnichannel transactions.
- Perform daily operational tasks — cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfillment.
- Maintain a well‑organized, compliant sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept and act on feedback while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Meet physical demands of the role, including regular lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and maneuvering stockroom and sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Demonstrable knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor landscape.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop devices and walkie‑talkies.
- Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capable of meeting the physical requirements of the role.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience is preferred but not mandatory. A combination of relevant education and hands‑on retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Lincoln City, Oregon, USA, with easy access to Portland.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
