Coach Sales Associate in Lexington, Kentucky—luxury retail role blending personalized customer service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration. $15.00–$19.25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked in compliance with retail policies
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles through receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Maintain professional demeanor and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Familiarity with walkie-talkie systems and ability to read price/release sheets
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Luxury retail background, social media proficiency, and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)

Experience
1 to 3 years of sales experience, with luxury retail experience preferred. Candidate should demonstrate proficiency with POS systems, omni-channel selling platforms, and clienteling tools. Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive positioning is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant work experience and education will be considered.
